With a profound commitment to serving vulnerable communities, Mrs. Rebecca Boachie Yiadom established the Grace Family Child & Aged Foundation to address the critical needs of children and elderly facing poverty, neglect, and isolation. Her vision is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves dignity, care, and the opportunity to thrive.

The Grace Family Child & Aged Foundation was established to address the growing challenges faced by children and the elderly in our communities. We recognize that both generations often experience poverty, neglect, and isolation, which can significantly impact their quality of life. Through our comprehensive programs, we work tirelessly to bridge these gaps and provide the support, care, and resources needed to help them flourish.
